La Société des Industries Alimentaires Maghrébine (SIAM) was established in 1949. Specializing in couscous production, SIAM is the first Tunisian company to have installed a completely mechanized couscous production line that faithfully follows all traditional couscous preparation phases.

SIAM has produced many quality couscous and flour leading labels: Les Deux Drapeaux, Le Drapeau, La Belle Meunière, M'hamsa Mazlougha. Based on high quality standards, all these trademarks have met a tremendous success among consumers since their launch.


A particular mention is M'hamsa Mezlouga, which is still being produced following a unique and exclusive process, faithful to M’hamsa manual sieve traditions.
